Overview

The Anvil OpenARM 2.0 is an improved design based on popular open source bimanual manipulator known as the Openarm.  To learn more about our improvements, please check out this 5m post in our docs.  ⚠️ Anvil no longer produces the OpenARM 1.0

Unlike the OpenYAM and other desktop manipulators, the humanoid form factor has operator affinity, letting tele-operators control the robot with little to no learning curve. The low cost and easily accessible manufacturing methods are meant to make the OpenARM 2.0 robot accessible. It's easy to modify and repair, making it an ideal platform for research and development.
