How is shipping calculated?
Anvil Robotics ships globally to over 60 countries. We work with both Sea and Air freight logistics providers and offer customers reliable deliveries with signature requirements for orders over $1000 USD in value. Shipping costs are calculated by total weight in kilograms and depends on the shipping method chosen.
Will there be tariffs?
Yes. Import duties are calculated at checkout once a delivery address is provided. Our products are assembled and shipped from Taiwan, and are subject to the duties and tariffs of your destination country. Anvil ships DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) which means we collect and pre-pay import duties ahead of time, so packages in transit can smoothly clear customs and not cause major delays to delivery.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns unfortunately given the nature of robotics products. All products undergo strict final testing before shipment to ensure full functionality. If you run into any issues, our team is happy to support you in finding a solution, and also provide replacements parts at a cost if needed.
